LG Viewty’s Stylus Dongle – Innovation or a Pain?
The LG KU 990 Viewty comes with a detached Stylus Dongle. Some would tell you that this is a great innovative step by LG, but it can also be very problematic as the stylus does not store with the phone and you have to keep it separately. You may end up constantly searching for it (like you do with the TV remote control).
Innovation
A lot of techies will tell you that the Dongle Stylus of LG’s Viewty is a very innovative move by the company. Well, perhaps, after all, it gives you more freedom when storing the stylus, plus it doesn’t take away from the sleek lines of the phone (unlike other touch screen mobiles that have an attached stylus rack). LG’s stylus comes with a finger strap that ensures easier usage and you don’t have to worry about it slipping out of your hands every time you use it.
Potentially Problematic
Sure, the older stylus racks and slots took away the beauty and the sleekness of any mobile phone (it sure would with the LG KU990 Viewty). But here, you find the typical issue of sacrificing functionality for beauty. LG is a great company and they could have certainly made a way for the stylus to have been incorporated into the design without altering the mobile phone’s sleek lines. But since they didn’t bother to, the Viewty’s users are stuck with a detached stylus.
So, why is the dongle stylus such an issue? It’s quite obvious: having a separate appendage for the phone would mean that it needs a separate sheath (unless a mobile phone case would incorporate stylus storage). Let’s face it, we spend loads of time just looking for the TV’s remote control and that item is bigger, what more for a stylus that can easily get lost in a purse or slide under a couch?

What is So Special About the Orlando Airport Transportation?
Today, transportation is not exactly like how it used to be. Just like the airplanes themselves have been upgraded, even the methods in which you get to the airport have changed significantly. In fact, thanks to new age technology and heightened usage, the number of shuttles that you might have seen around you has increased quite a bit. It is after all a cost effective option and one that is bound to not let you down even if you happen to be making use of it exhaustively.
Hence, it comes as no surprise that Sanford airport transportation has recently undergone a number of changes in order to include more shuttles in their fleet so that more people have access to it. They are also adding on more routes since the demand has increased and they are now finding it to be quite an impossible thing to keep up with. Consequently, the number of shuttles as well as their frequency is constantly on the rise to cater to the heightened demand. If you too try it out once, you might understand as to why more people are opting for the shuttle than going to the place on their own.
It is the same thing that one notices even in other places, like Orlando. Till not so long back, you wouldn’t have thought much about how you might get to a particular place. But now, thanks to the shuttle option, you might consider not using your car altogether. After all, when Orlando airport transpiration is providing so many options, why wouldn’t you want to make use of them? The best part is that you save a ton of money as well in the process, which you should consider. For those of you who pay a fortune in parking, this should be something that should hopefully convince you to go in for something that is environmentally efficient and also cash friendly!
Places like Port Canaveral are not much different either, with the local Port Canaveral transportation actively encouraging more people to go in for the shuttles over cabs and private vehicles. The best part is that if the shuttle is used by more number of the people, the cost of operation can be further lowered and the benefits can be passed onto you as well.
This is something that you should definitely think about as in the long run, you might want to go in for options which might not cost you much money or the ones that you can make use of even if you need to reach the place in a jiffy. After all, you don’t want to be burdened to find parking and drive yourself everywhere when you can simply hop on a shuttle and forget about everything else.

Major in Information Communications Technology
According to Steve Ballmer, Microsoft CEO, “the number one benefit of information technology is that it empowers people to do what they want to do. It lets people be creative. It lets people be productive. It lets people learn things they didn’t think they could learn before, and so in a sense it is all about potential.” In accordance with this conviction, and in the face of rapidly evolving modern times, one can be assured of the benefits of a proper education in the field of Information Communication Technology.
A major in Information Communication Technology is essentially the key to opening doors around the world for quicker, more efficient exchange of knowledge. Today, our world is truly global; global in its true sense, as individuals from a rural village in Sub-Saharan Africa are able to communicate with those in the commercialized city of Manhattan. In addition to communication, these technological advancements have assisted us in boosting commerce within underdeveloped countries, including India and Brazil. Though much of the 6 billion people on this Earth are living in unacceptable conditions, with nearly 3 billion who survive on less than two dollars a day, Information Communication Technology is enabling some of these disparities to diminish. For example, a developing country in Asia can make up for several years of underdevelopment simply by jumping ahead now with innovative ideas. By keeping up with the current technological trends, a country can practically leap out of devastation. Although it is very unlikely that an impoverished country would have the resources to focus on inventing such technology, the most pragmatic solution is investing in one’s future, particularly through education.
We are far past of the age when information had to travel by ship, for several months, before a single message was conveyed. Now, one can simply be “wired” and, with the phenomenon of the Internet, connect with practically anyone around the globe. The marvels of this medium are even more surprising when one considers the expeditious developments that have taken place in a time period of less than 20 years; from a time when the Internet was nonexistent to a time when one virtually cannot exist without access to the Internet.
While the Information Communication Technology industry is constantly expanding, demands for individuals well acquainted with such topics are increasing, perhaps more rapidly, due to each country’s desire to excel and initiate projects in this field in an effort to compete in the global game of technology. With a professional background in Information Communication Technology, one is better trained to predict the trends of the future as well as prepare for those trends.
Every corporation in America, independent of its size, needs individuals qualified in the field of Information Communication Technology. A few of these professions include: network engineers, software developers, and data center managers. The best way to prepare for the future is by understanding the factors that influence the future, and thus predicting the necessary actions that will ease these stresses.

Information Technology – Current Events in India
In a few brief decades of human history, information technology has permeated every corner of the world and every facet of the human experience. Nowhere is this phenomenon more marked than in India. India’s high availability of technically trained workers, who are also multilingual, make it extremely competitive on the world economic stage. Indian Institutes of Technology are recognized for their excellence on an international scale. The Information Technology sector in India is mostly taken up by software and and services like, system integration, application development and maintenance or CADM, consulting, software testing, and internet services. Companies like Wal-Mart, Intel, Cisco, Oracle and Dell are continuing to look to India’s Information Technology organizations to provide technology services.
Recent economic downturns have affected India, not unlike other parts of the globe. However, recent events make an early recovery in India’s information technology companies, promising. India’s largest exporter of computer software, Tata Consultancy Services, Ltd. reports a 29% increase in second quarter 2009 profits. While the profits are attributed to both new orders and cost control decisions, it is not the only firm to report results that were better than anticipated. Infosys, as well is reporting an upswing. Overall, third quarter results are up around 16 billion rupees, as compared to last year’s 13 billion during the same time period. TCS plans to add 8000 employees to its rolls to meet the anticipated increased demands in the coming year. In other developments, India’s Polaris Software Lab Ltd. has agreed to purchase Laser Soft Infosystems Ltd. Laser Soft provides information technology services in the banking industry. The purchase, for approximately 520 million rupees will add 600 people to Polaris’ 9,000 and 40 financial institutions to Polaris’ holdings. The banking technology market is predicted to experience continued near-term growth. Payment processing and other banking infrastructure and transaction systems are anticipated to lead the momentum as worldwide economic recovery continues to unfold.
Shifting technology support and consultancy services to India has proven to be a significant source of cost control for many of the world’s technology companies. Mergers and acquisitions by organizations such as NASDAQ listed Cognizant with UBS India Service Centre put the world on notice that information technology resources in India are desirable assets to acquire. One such jewel in India’s crown, Proteans has recently been named to Software Magazine’s Software 500 list. Inclusion on this list puts Proteans on a preferred list of business partners for the world’s large corporations.
Although India has experienced challenges to its status as a premier locale for outsourcing this type of work from China, The Philippines and Eastern Europe, India’s superior training in, not only technology, but languages is anticipated to keep it out front of its competition. Growth in the telecommunications industry will also fuel future growth in India. The ability to distribute telecommunications capability to outlying areas of the country allows for these areas to become resources for workforce talent. Nearly no information technology advancement that has occurred in the world over the last few decades without India’s involvement or influence. The future seems to predict ongoing success.
